Next time I'm doing this bind-off I'll try to remember to get Frank to take some pictures and I'll do a write-up myself. They fit me quite comfortably, and my ankle is 9.5" in diameter. The widest part of my calf is 14" (the socks don't go up quite that far, though, but it should give you an idea).
