Lovely pattern. The colors would be hideous on me (I’m at my best in deep, cool jewel tones), but I do know several people who look fabulous in muted oranges, greens, and browns. I hope you find someone who appreciates them!

You are right, that color is hideous. Looks like cabbage water (which Charlie Buckets is SICK of having for dinner, LOL). I would throw those socks in a pot of Koolaid so fast it would make, er, them swim. LOL

I like the socks! If I win the socks, I will wear them with my hiking boots when I hike in the Wichita Mountains! They are of a generous size and length…they would be perfect with my boots!

I love the socks of hideousness and would wear them if I won them. If I decided I really didn’t like them, I would give them to a dear friend who lives in the southwest in winter and those are southwest colors.

Okay–right about now you’re wondering if you’re crazy, as all these people seem to love the color. Please let me say that I think these are gorgeous socks, but yes–the color is pretty gross! Again, great, great pattern, though. They will be stunning when overdyed…
